As the Principal Marketing Consultant for Okimoto Solutions, I work collaboratively with Leslie and Nancy at C-Suite Solutions serving clients throughout California. I have worked at five law firms ranging from top AmLaw 100 firms to small regional boutiques. My positions have included leading three business development and marketing teams. In each of these positions, I was also an integral member of the management team. Prior to being the lead business development and marketing professional at McDonough Holland & Allen PC, I oversaw national transactional marketing for Gray Cary (now DLA Piper US LLP), and was a national marketing professional with Littler Mendelson PC. My teams have received half a dozen creative awards for marketing initiatives from national and regional associations.

Before working for law firms, I managed the State Bar of California's Department of Public Education and was a member of the State Bar's Office of Communications. I began my career in the legal industry coordinating award-winning local and statewide youth law-related education programs for the Citizenship & Law-Related Education Center.
