EXPERIENCE

As the Principal Marketing Consultant for Okimoto Solutions (in collaboration with C-Suite Solutions), I work with clients throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Both in my consulting practice and when I was in-house at law firms, my clients have ranged from top AmLaw firms to small regional boutiques.

Prior to being a consultant, I led three business development, client service, and marketing teams at top national and California-based law firms. Team building, mentoring, and coaching others is second nature for me and one of my passions.

Operations management consulting projects are a large portion of my consulting practice. I will help you create more effective business development, client service, and marketing operations by advising on and supporting the implementation of best practices and functional business processes. I am comfortable working across organizational hierarchies to create consensus for important business initiatives.
